Chinese visa is required to enter China. Please send the following information to the secretariat (yotc_amy_2011@lasg.iap.ac.cn) to obtain the visa letter.

a) your full name on the passport

b) your nationality, passport no., gender, and date of birth

c) your postal address (if Chinese consulate doesn't accept scan copy)

Or you may simply email the secretariat the scan copy of the photo page of your passport. In any case, please apply for visa within three months before your travel or follow the instruction on the website of Chinese consulate.
